How does the screening work?

We use a two-pass AI analysis: First, we create a custom screening rubric from your job description. Then, each resume is evaluated against that rubric for skills, evidence of experience, and role fit. Finally, all candidates are ranked by priority.

What file formats are supported?

We accept PDF, DOCX, and TXT files. Each file should be a single resume (max 10 pages, 2MB). We do not support legacy .doc files - please convert them to .docx first.

How many resumes can I screen at once?

Up to 50 resumes per batch. For larger volumes, simply run multiple batches.

What do the scores mean?

SKILL (1-10): Technical depth. Keywords only = 1-4, applied skills = 5-7, measurable outcomes = 8-10.
PROOF (1-10): Evidence quality. Specific metrics, dates, and verifiable achievements score higher.
FIT (1-10): Alignment with your specific job requirements.

What do the priority levels mean?

PRIORITY INTERVIEW: Strong fit, schedule these first.
FULL REVIEW: Potential fit, warrants deeper evaluation.
STANDARD REVIEW: May be suitable depending on your pipeline needs.

Is my data secure?

Resumes are processed in memory and not stored. We don't retain your files after screening is complete. API keys are stored in AWS Secrets Manager.

How is pricing calculated?

$1.49 per resume, no subscriptions. You only pay for what you screen. The price covers AI processing, priority ranking, and interview question generation.

Can I customize the screening criteria?

Yes! The AI automatically creates a custom screening rubric based on your job description. The more detailed your job description, the more tailored the screening.
